Cursos y tutorías

Como dice en sus clases el profesor Godreau, en materia de derecho, el abogado --a quien se le llama “letrado”-- y el estudiante tiene que dominar el idioma escrito. Esto presupone, no sólo la claridad en la redacción, sino la corrección ortográfica, incluida la acentuación. Esa destreza requiere que resuman en sus propias palabras los principios, conceptos y razonamientos de los comentaristas y del tribunal. Esta destreza no se logra subrayando los textos, ni leyendo los resúmenes que otros preparen. La única garantía de que se ha comprendido el material estriba en poder reproducirlo --no copiarlo-- vía una formulación propia.

 

Los cursos y tutorías no garantizan de forma alguna la obtención de una calificación sobresaliente. Nuestro trabajo de circunscribe a brindar las herramientas elementales en la materia correspondiente. No somos responsables por una mala calificación en los éxamenes o tareas de los estudiantes.

Las personas inscritas en los cursos tendrán acceso a todos los materiales del curso: documentos digitales, podcasts, preguntas de práctica, videos y otros recursos que estén disponibles. La contraseña es personal e intransferible. Un dispositivo de acceso por alumno. Intentar transferir la contraseña o permitir que un tercero no contratante la use o se beneficie de alguna manera de la revisión en línea sin haber contratado los servicios constituye una violación de los términos y las leyes de propiedad intelectual. Una vez que el curso ha sido pagado y accedido, no se reembolsa el dinero.

La violación de estos términos conduce a la cancelación inmediata de la cuenta y la imposibilidad de inscribirse en los cursos En Contexto. Además, este asunto se notificará a la Junta Examinadora de Aspirantes al Ejercicio de la Abogacía y la Notaría del Tribunal General de Justicia.

Este Acuerdo comenzará en la fecha del mismo.

Those enrolled in the courses will have access to all the course materials: digital documents, podcasts, practice questions, videos and other resources that become available. The password is personal and non-transferable. One access device per student. Trying to transfer the password or allow a non-contracting third party to use it or benefit in some way from the online review without having contracted the services constitutes a violation of the terms and the intellectual property laws. Once the course has been paid and accessed, the money is not refunded.

Violation of these terms leads to immediate account cancellation and inability to enroll in "En Contexto" courses.  In addition, this matter will be notified to the Junta Examinadora de Aspirantes al Ejercicio de la Abogacía y la Notaría del Tribunal General de Justicia.

This Agreement shall begin on the date hereof.
